Shipping & Processing

All orders have a 1-14 day PROCESSING time before they are packaged, shipped, and headed out the door to you!
Actual shipping times are dependent upon the USPS. You will receive tracking information when your order ships!

Yes! All orders over $75 ship free - just use the code SHIPITFREE when you checkout!

Yes! Please checkout with the code LOCALPICKUP. Processing times are the same for local pick up orders (1-14 days). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up in Arlington.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted:

  • Contact erin@605vibes.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase
  • Once an order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be in new, original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving items in original condition.

At this time we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
