  • Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping address

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Local customers/Local pick-up

  • Local customers have the option to pick up their order for free in Arlington. Please use the code LOCALPICKUP when checking out. Processing times are the same for shipped orders (1-14 days). You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
